Terms of service

These terms apply when you use or buy from the Upland Nutrition online shop at shop.uplandnutrition.com. They're a short version focused on the shop. Our full Terms of Service, which also cover our main website and programs, are at https://uplandnutrition.com/terms/. If the two ever differ about a shop purchase, these terms apply. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and have a shipping address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states or Washington, D.C.

2. Our products

Our products are dietary supplements. We describe them as accurately as we can, and each product page shows its Supplement Facts. Please read the full label before use. Colors and packaging may look slightly different from the photos, and labels may be updated from time to time.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Using supplements safely

Our products and product information are not medical advice. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take any medication, or have a medical condition. Use only as directed on the label, don't exceed the suggested use, and keep out of reach of children. Stop using a product and contact your doctor if you have a reaction.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout, along with shipping and any sales tax. Sending an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we ship it. We may limit quantities, or cancel and fully refund an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. You can change or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@uplandnutrition.com.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. By ordering, you confirm you're allowed to use the payment method you choose.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Orders are packed and shipped by our U.S. fulfillment partner. Delivery times, rates and tracking are explained in our Shipping Policy. Because our products are consumable, we accept returns only of unopened, sealed items within 14 days of delivery, with approval first; you pay return shipping and original shipping isn't refunded. We don't accept returns of opened items. We replace or refund damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 21 days of delivery, at no cost to you. We replace or refund packages the carrier confirms lost if you tell us within 21 days of the expected delivery date. We can't replace or refund packages the carrier marks as delivered, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Resale

Our products are sold for personal use. Please don't resell them without our written permission.

8. Our content

The text, photos, logos and designs in our shop belong to Upland Nutrition. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Apart from what our Refund Policy promises and any rights the law gives you that can't be waived, our products and shop are provided "as is," and we make no promise of any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a shop purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some laws don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, please email us first so we can try to fix it. These terms are governed by Texas law, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
